The cozy beach cottage is a few yards away from world famous Cocoa Beach, and close to restaurants, stores, Ron Jons and the Pier - yet on the low-traffic quiet ocean beach Blvd. Two units, one upstairs and one downstairs. Each unit offers two bedrooms, and one bath, and accommodates five people per unit.
